In the case that you would like to return an item, we provide a 10 (calendar) day return policy for New Zealand orders, which includes an exchange or credit code.
For international orders ( Australia & U.K ), we ask that you make immediate contact via email and return promptly.
All goods must be unworn and returned in original selling condition ( with no makeup stains and containing original tags), to be eligible for an exchange or credit code. Unless the item is faulty, we will not accept any returns outside this timeframe.
Prior to returning your product, please email: email@example.com and outline:
- Date of purchase and receipt number
- Reason for return
- Your exchange or credit code request
- Tracking number (ATW do not take any responsibility for goods lost in transit upon return).
- Please note: return courier charges are not covered by ATW and MUST contain a tracking number.
- A return courier address will be provided to you.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, ATW will provide direct feedback. A credit code or exchange item will be arranged once the return has been approved.
If you are returning an item to exchange, ATW will provide the next pre-order delivery schedule for your replacement garment. As garments are made upon order, please allow for this timeframe.
No refunds will be given unless the item is deemed faulty; in which case, ATW will repair or replace any faulty garment with a new item. If we are unable to replace or repair, ATW will process your refund within 3 working days.
